Schloegel Lead Carpenters Receive Certification

Schloegel Design Remodel recently had two of their Lead Carpenters receive their Certified Lead Carpenter (CLC) designations. The CLC designations are awarded by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). To achieve these designations each applicant, along with a minimum amount of time in the role of a lead carpenter, must successfully complete a 12-week study course and half-day test.

This Northland customer needed some simple caulk work and grout repair around the shower. Unfortunately when we started the work, the tiles fell off the wall. What was found was improper installation of drywall in a shower area that had rotted and the tiles were no longer bonding to the rotted surface.
